When the global pandemic called for physical distancing and stay-at-home we knew we had to offer a daily practice so that you can keep your energy bright.

We go through seated, standing AND moving meditation.

This is the perfect time for us to create consistency with our daily self-care practices to increase our immune system and create more calm emotions and thoughts.

Meditation is one of our most valuable tools to manage chaotic thoughts and emotions.

The purpose of all Zen Wellness teachings and music is to raise the collective vibrational frequency.
